EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Returns after withdrawal notice Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Refund amount We will refund the full price of the goods, including standard outbound shipping costs. We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the goods are defective or incorrectly sent.
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
